This past weekend, I had the opportunity to go on a little road trip to Miami University in Oxford, Ohio for some engagement photos. While a two-hour drive through the Midwest is normally a dreadful experience, taking the back roads in to town was actually quite a pleasant and fun drive (driving through said small towns on the way back, however, was less than fun). On that note, I would like to say that Miami University is a gorgeous, gorgeous campus! It definitely made taking pictures a vastly easier situation, considering there was a scenic backdrop everywhere you turned. And on top of that, I had a wonderful couple in Brett Cole and Lauren McGaughey to work with. They’re definitely a fun (and funny) couple through and through, and I absolutely can’t wait for their wedding at the Indiana Roof Ballroom in downtown Indianapolis on October 1, 2011!
