“Ironically, Jon was introduced to my son Eric and daughter Carla during high school and to my future son-in-law Adam in college, and even had a connection to my wife before he ever did any work for me as a photographer.
During my daughter’s wedding planning period, I suggested to Carla that if she knew Jon as a school friend that she consider giving him the opportunity to shoot her wedding.
As it turns out, Jon went over and above all of my expectations. He photographed the wedding party’s day at the salon, getting ready for the wedding, driving down in the limo, some outstanding shots downtown as well as the entire wedding and reception. He also came to the brunch we hosted for out of town family and captured some treasured family moments on the day before everyone departed back for home.
Exactly one year to the day later, my son Eric was married in Alexandria, Virginia. Eric also hired Jon and the road trip was on! Jon once again did not disappoint. Many outstanding photo opportunities in our nation’s capital made for a very memorable celebration.
In both weddings, Jon’s demeanor was controlled, cordial, respectful and professional in every aspect of his work. His calm approach made everyone feel comfortable and allowed for great shots without causing undue delay for our families and guests.”
